The WedgWood Women's Club is open to women 18 years and over from Washington Township and the surrounding areas. The members are businesswomen, homemakers, working mothers, and retired women. The dues are $40 per year, and includes a monthly newsletter to keep the membership informed. While engaged in important civic projects, members also look to the Club for the pleasure of social activities. Social opportunities remain a key ingredient in the Club's continued success. Members forge new friendships, learn from each other, and discover new causes in need of their talents. The Women's Club offers their members many events including:
- Cultural and Educational programs (visits to the Art Museum, the Constitution Center, Franklin Institute, the Ford's Theatre)
- Bus trips (New Hope, Peddlers Village, Atlantic City, Lancaster, Washington DC, Cape Cod, Martha's Vineyard, Nantucket, Maine, Vermont, Bethlehem, Savannah, Charleston, and Canada)
- Lunches/dinners at popular and famous area restaurants (Carmine's, the Moshulu, Sabatino's)
- Special Events
- Cruises (cruises to Bermuda & the Caribbean)
- Lunch with Santa
A monthly newsletter is sent to all members to keep them up-to-date on the events of the club.
